003_5 We had a family quiz on zoom last weekend, which was fun! Me and my mum were on a team together and we got about half the questions right , which i think is pretty good.
I have also been doing couch-2-5k and actually enjoying it, I'm doing 28 minutes runs! Once i can do 5k confidently I think I'm going to do a 5-to-10k plan. In a month or two i'm going to be one of those neon shorts and tank top, swishy ponytail girls lol!
